Guidelines for preparing Abstracts

Abstract shall be formatted according to the template that can be downloaded here (Abstract template-TXRF2019).

Important Remarks:

- You can use only the template available to write your abstract (as a Microsoft® Word document)
- Ensure that your abstract consists of only one page before submitting it.
- Use the predefined characters and style of the abstract template.
- The insertion of tables and figures in the abstract is possible, but the overall length of the abstract has to be limited to one A4 page.
- Enter your co-authors correctly by including their institution and their e-mail addresses.
- Underline corresponding author’s name.
- Avoid hidden formatting by copy-paste from different documents.
- Save the file selecting Save As (File menu) and save it as a document file (not a .dot template file or other format).
- Proof the document to ensure that all parts of the manuscript are present and clearly legible.

If you need more details about abstract submission, oral presentations and poster sessions please contact the organizers at TXRF2019@udg.edu
