Listed below are the general terms and conditions relating to enrolments for the 11th International Conference on Composite Testing and Model Identification (CompTest 2023).
1. Confirmation of enrolment
In order to confirm the enrolment, the registration fee must be paid in full.
The final registration fee is the same whether you choose to assist the gala dinner or not.
2. Cancellation of enrolment
If a participant is not able to attend the conference, the registration fee will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled by the organizing entity the amount of the registration will be returned.
3. Substitutions
When a name change must be made it will be necessary to notify congressos.fundacioudg@udg.edu as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will the concept of the invoice be modified.
4. Requesting an invoice
Invoices will be processed by default using the billing data provided on the online registration form. Once the registration has been completed and paid, the UdG Foundation: Innovation and Training will proceed to send the invoice via email to the address provided.
5. Certificates
Upon finalization of the conference, the digital attendance certificates and communications certificates will be sent.
6. Personal data protection
The personal data of those enrolled in 11th International Conference on Composite Testing and Model Identification (CompTest 2023), will be treated in accordance with the legislation governing personal data protection. It will be incorporated in a file entitled “Academic management”, owned by the Foundation, or in the file of the same name owned by the University of Girona. In the latter case, the data will be treated by the Foundation as an entrusted body of the University of Girona. The enrolment forms will state the name of the file in which the data will be incorporated and the responsibilities involved in its treatment.When required, the data may be transferred to third parties involved in the organisation of the conference.Participants may at any time exercise their right to access, correct, delete and refuse the use of the aforementioned data by contacting the Foundation through any means.
