General conditions
1. Confirmation of enrolment
Payment of the registration fee must be made by credit card. Within a few days of receiving this email, we will confirm your enrolment.
The registration deadline is June 12, 2026.
2. Cancellation of enrolment
Cancellation of the registration to the summer school must be notified to congressos.fundacioudg@udg.edu and will not be entitled to a refund of the fee paid.
3. Non-attendance at the summer school
If a participant is unable to attend the summer school, the registration fee will not be refunded.
If the event is cancelled by the organising entity, the full registration fee will be refunded.
4. Substitutions
Requests for name changes must be communicated to congressos.fundacioudg@udg.edu as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will the concept or details of the invoice be modified.
5. Proof of registration
Payment by credit card must be completed immediately.
If the payment process is not successfully completed, your registration details will not be saved.
6. Requesting an invoice
Invoices will be issued using the billing information provided in the online registration form. Once the registration has been completed and paid, the UdG Foundation: Innovation and Training will send the invoice to the email address provided.
7. Certificates
Digital attendance certificates will be issued once the summer school has concluded.
