Suggestions, Complaints, Claims, and Compliments
The purpose of this tool is to allow the UdG Foundation: Innovation and Training to collect suggestions for improving its services.
Suggestion: A proposal for improvement.
Complaint: Disagreement with someone or a situation.
Claim: A formally submitted complaint requesting the resolution of a situation.
Compliment: An expression of satisfaction with the functioning of a process or service.
