UdG specific degree certification application form

Information about issuing specific degree certifications (Master’s degree, Specialization Diplomas and Expert Diplomas)

Once the Academic Secretary has received the corresponding assessment record, students who have completed a Master’s Degree or a Specialization/Expert Diploma can request the issue of their final certificate. Please note that this procedure is exclusive to those students who have received the informative email. If this is not your case, please contact us here: tramitacions.fudgif@udg.edu

Certificates are issued in both official languages (Catalan and Spanish). For courses taught in English, certificates will be issued in Catalan and English.

Requests will not be processed until the payment of the fee and all the documents required in the form have been received.

The cost of the certificate is according to the current fees approved by the University of Girona which can be found in the section ‘Prices for degrees, certificates and academic management services’ on this website.

Important information on the spelling and verification of the name that will appear on the qualification certificate

In all cases the spelling of names and surnames must be the same as those displayed on the person’s DNI (Spanish National Identification Document), passport or NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) including macrons, diaereses and other diacritical marks. If any diacritical marks are missing, the name will be added as displayed in the present application form, providing that they are permitted by the spelling rules of the language in question.
